If you are interested in getting started with us, the first step is to set up your Introductory Classes. This is a series of 3 classes intended to introduce you to CrossFit in general, our gym, and some of the major lifts and movements. These intro classes are scheduled outside of the regularly scheduled classes.
Each introductory class begins with instruction on a skill or lift, then we use that skill or lift in a workout. We scale all weights and movements to your ability level, in order to make sure that the technique is solid before adding any weight.
